Pause to Begin

Found Pause to Begin through Hin’s site as he’s being showcased there.

Their video, skip it, starts off by saying “On May 1, 2008, David Wright and Ethan Jones, the founders of Pause to Begin, departed the small fishing village of Tenants Harbor, Maine, to visit 13 photographers in 1 month by driving 10,000 miles throughout the United States and Mexico.”

A number of them have some nice work and thus a number of the multimedia presentations from each photographer are really worth watching and listening to.  They present a slideshow of their work with the photographer talking about either the series, background, reason for being, etc… Good Stuff.   Of course Hin’s is a great starting point.  His interviews and comments always have some great golden nuggets in them.
